Eligibility for Christmas cracker prize

1. Eligibility to win

• Only collected vehicles within the promotional period (before 23^rd December 2024) are eligible for the giveaway. Vehicles sold via other methods are not eligible.
• A Christmas Cracker Prize will only be provided where the vehicle sold matches the description  provided and is not subject to further damage, alterations, or discrepancies that were not disclosed during the online valuation process as per our standard vehicle purchase terms and conditions.
• If our appraiser rejects the vehicle or the customer no longer wishes to proceed with the sale, the customer will not be eligible for the prize.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion will run from 9^th December 2024 and will end at 6pm on 23^rd December 2024.
• Customers have until 23^rd January 2025 to claim their Christmas Cracker Prize.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the promotion, a customer must sell their car to Big Wants Your Car prior to 23^rd December 2024, and arrange for the vehicle to be collected during the promotion period.
• 100 customers who complete a car sale and collection within the promotion period will be eligible to receive a Christmas cracker containing a prize.
• Each eligible sale of a vehicle will entitle the customer to receive one (1) Christmas cracker, which may contain an Amazon voucher up to £50 in value (subject to availability).
• Customers must follow the instructions card within the cracker to claim their Amazon voucher prize. Customers must ensure they provide the correct details for this to be processed.

4. Exclusions

• The Amazon voucher amount is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. No cash alternative is available.
• The Offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time, without notice.

5. Christmas Cracker Prize

• The prize is subject to availability. Voucher amounts will vary with each cracker, starting from £10.

6. Collection of Vehicle

• Only vehicles collected during the promotion period (before 23rd December 2024) will qualify for the Christmas Cracker giveaway.
• Collection must be arranged within the promotion period. Any vehicle collections scheduled after 23^rd December 2024 will not be eligible.
• Once the 100 prizes have been claimed, no further crackers will be available, even where the promotional period is yet to expire.

7. Limitation of Liability

• BigWantsYourCar.com accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the customer in relation to this promotion or the receipt or use of the prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, BigWantsYourCar.com reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equivalent value.

8. Personal Data

• By entering the promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion.
• Personal data will not be shared with any third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize and in accordance with data protection laws.

9. General Terms

• BigWantsYourCar.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
